Andrew Parker
– President
Andrew is passionate about providing the full range of complimentary therapy programs to as many children and youth as possible. His goal is to co-create RUSH to the point of holding national and international programs benefiting our communities worldwide, he also is committed to co-creating sister organisations with a similar vision

wide. He is especially interested in those with special needs and health challenges and exhibiting challenging behaviours. He believes in quality of health/life for young people and communities supporting people to heal both physically and spiritually, and assisting in personal breakthroughs. Andrew is a highly respected and valued team member of R.U.S.H., and also hands on as a co-ordinator of specific programs.
Peter Kell –Vice President
Peter Kell has the total respect of our organisation. Peter is the founder of RUSH and has been involved with youth issues for many years. Successfully running the Maitland Youth Centre, and now managing his own company Youth Directions. Peter specialises in working with high intensity youth in long-term programs & business development. Peter foresaw the need for an adventure program like R.U.S.H. and developed the program from conception.
Michelle Brough – Acting Treasurer
Michelle Brough is the Managing Director of Brough Business Accountants and previously a partner in the accounting firm, Lambourne Partners. She has been the Treasurer of R.U.S.H. since the organisation’s incorporation. Michelle has been a strong supporter of R.U.S.H., particularly during the incorporation and PBI processes. She is a passionate committee member and believes in the aims and objectives that R.U.S.H. is trying to achieve. Michelle has this year handed over the position of treasurer and has expressed a commitment to locate and co-create the HAVEN or place for us to train and provide our programs to the community.
Patron Robbie O’Davis
Robbie is a passionate and motivated person bringing his unique style, humour and energy to our profile, programs and events. Robbie never stops thinking about how we can move forward, constantly bringing forth ideas and moving them to the space of creation. We welcome Robbie to our organisation with open arms.
Leah Gibbs – Secretary
Leah is the backbone of the operation. Leah provides first point of contact, the full range of secretarial duties and a mountain of experience. Leah is passionate about the successful implementation of RUSH’s programs and our ability to provide and grow our organisation. Leah has worked with youth for many years and provided vital logistical assistance to many causes over those years. We are blessed to have her with us.
Gary Mathisen – Committee Member
Gary
is an integral member of RUSH. His commitment is evident at board meetings where he is vocal and a constant source of inspiration and ideas.
Gary
is an expert in the built environment, his architectural background and business profile have him well placed to promote our programs locally. Gary loves working with youth and is passionate about the programs created by RUSH and providing them to as many community groups as possible, in particular Gary has expressed a commitment to co-create the “HAVEN” for RUSH’s programs.
Dani Condon – Committee Member
Dani is welcomed as a new member of RUSH. Dani works in child care and is extremely interested in our new range of complimentary therapy programs. Dani has a connection with Heartkids and is fully committed to helping RUSH reach it goals. Welcome Dani.
